Add a little spice to your mornings with these home fries tossed with grilled jalapenos. Top with a fried egg, buttery toast, and a hot cup of coffee! Who's better than you?!!

There really is nothing like the smell of breakfast cooking. The fresh coffee, toast, eggs; shall I go on….? It is the most comforting of meals to gather round and such a nice start to the weekend. I never get tired of preparing this meal or for that matter enjoying it as well.

I had something very similar to that for breakfast today - we went out to eat and I had avocados on mine too.

Dear Catherine,
I agree that breakfast is a terrific meal. It just seems to get your day started and especially with your recipe. I love home fries and with the jalapeño pepper it gives the eggs just that added spice. That is a way to jump start your day for sure. I must try this someday when I am at my parents home as they would love this one...Have a beautiful and fun week..
