Stonefire naan are baked at extremely high heat, in a tandoor oven, just as they were hundreds of years ago. The extremely high heat produces the big bubbles, airy texture and delicious smoky flavour of an authentic Indian naan. Hand stretched and made with the freshest ingredients including traditional, fresh buttermilk and ghee (clarified butter), naan can be used to create any meal.
Warmed naan with fresh chicken salad and greens make a light easy lunch or dinner. This was a delicious and refreshing dinner, followed by an indulgent dessert of course!

Yum! I always look at the radishes at the store, and wonder what I could do with them. Why I never thought to add them to a salad I cannot tell you, but next time I see them I will try this out! Thanks for linking at TYSH!
