Stonefire naan are baked at extremely high heat, in a tandoor oven, just as they were hundreds of years ago. The extremely high heat produces the big bubbles, airy texture and delicious smoky flavour of an authentic Indian naan. Hand stretched and made with the freshest ingredients including traditional, fresh buttermilk and ghee (clarified butter), naan can be used to create any meal.
Warmed naan with fresh chicken salad and greens make a light easy lunch or dinner. This was a delicious and refreshing dinner, followed by an indulgent dessert of course!

It looks SO good, and fresh!! I only recently tried naan. In fact, it has not been in the grocery stores very long. It would be so much healthier then a big roll or bun.

Oh my girls! I can't believe how creative with the food you are. I had not thought to serve naan with a salad - genius! AND your photography makes mine look like I'm posting my grade-school level pics (I always think I'm doing good until I come to your absolutely stunning site - and GOOD FOR YOU!) when I see the top food magazine cover-like food pictures. I applaud you both and always look forward to the next recipe. Carrie, A Mother's Shadow

What is that funky acorn-looking thing in the front and slightly to the left? Is that a green olive with a huge chunk of pimento sticking out of it?
