    Coffee Ice Cream {No-Churn}
I am a coffee lover!! I know that my son and daughter love coffee too. It really is nice to brew a pot of coffee and enjoy it with fellow coffee lovers; especially when they happen to be your son and daughter. Ah…I have taught them well…

I thought to myself, “why not try my hand at coffee ice-cream”…and this is the result. I got the seal of approval from both fellow coffee lovers…my son and daughter.

    For the Coffee Flavor:

    • 2 tbs. instant coffee
    • 2 tbs. brown sugar
    • 3 tbs. honey
    • 1 tbs. vanilla
    • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    • Pinch of salt
    • Vanilla wafers and chocolate syrup for serving

    For the Ice Cream:

    3. Whip the cream until peaks form. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
    4. Place in a container and freeze until ice-cream consistency forms; approximately 5 -6 hours; or until ice-cream forms.
    5. Serve with vanilla wafers and a drizzle of chocolate syrup is so desired.

It looks so smooth and creamy for not being a churned ice cream! We just love homemade ice cream. I love to make it year round. What a treat this looks like.

Hi Catherine, Well, you have my seal of approval as well…This is my favorite flavor of ice cream. My parents are coffee ice cream lovers and I guess I followed them. I enjoy the taste of a good cup of coffee. Even though I am a tea drinker, there is just something about coffee that hits the spot! Your recipe is delightful, not hard to make and I would never have expected the use of ground cloves as well as cinnamon. What inviting flavors that must be. Then to add to it the wafers and the chocolate WOW! What a delicious treat that must be. I would make sure I got every last drop of that coffee ice cream…Thanks for sharing… Have a blessed Wednesday! Dottie 🙂

We’re coffee lovers too and your coffee ice cream looks magnificent. I also like that it doesn’t need an ice cream maker, which I don’t have room for anymore. Who doesn’t love ice cream.

I’ve used this no-churn method to make coffee ice cream before too … it is way to easy to make up a batch of delicious ice cream this way

I love that you’ve added honey, cinnamon, and clove to yours … I’ll totally try that next time.
