Living the Gourmet: Baked Boneless Pork Chops with Sauce

Days like these are what Spring is all about.

Warm enough to sit outside as the sun slowly sinks down behind the trees...the last of it's rays streaming in through the porch.

I love spending these evenings with the ones I love, sharing a laugh or a story over a meal like this.

Sounds great Catherine...we really love our pork chops and this is a wonderful way to cook them. I think it might have to wait a while now before I do them though as with the colder weather coming we really like our warming gravy meals!!
