    Dear Catherine,
What a fantastic interview with Mike Peters. He sounds so charming and what good tips on cooking (BBQ) chicken , pork, and ribs. I have never used this product but will be checking it out in the future. These were easy and yet yummy tips. I also liked the idea of putting the mayo with the spice in like a macaroni salad as you suggested. If he comes to Long Island...that would be fabulous! Good one again...dear friend...Have a wonderful and fun week ahead...
    Dottie 🙂

We keep our bbq's a lot lower key than this and we don't have a gas grill either but there certainly are some wonderful tips.

That was awesome. How did you know I'm going to do some beef ribs. I'm going over to his site right now. Thanks.

Have a fabulous day honey. Big hugs. ♥♥♥
