May 24, 2015 · 4 Comments

Memorial Day 2015

Living the Gourmet recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Champion BBQ Pitmaster Mike Peters for some of this year’s best grilling tips.

From a signature Five Minute Marinade to breaking down the reverse sear technique, Mike Peters is making professional barbequing accessible.

Enjoy and Happy Grilling!

We keep our bbq's a lot lower key than this and we don't have a gas grill either but there certainly are some wonderful tips.

Dear Catherine, What a fantastic interview with Mike Peters. He sounds so charming and what good tips on cooking (BBQ) chicken , pork, and ribs. I have never used this product but will be checking it out in the future. These were easy and yet yummy tips. I also liked the idea of putting the mayo with the spice in like a macaroni salad as you suggested. If he comes to Long Island...that would be fabulous! Good one again...dear friend...Have a wonderful and fun week ahead... Dottie :)
