Baked with a rub of fresh herbs and international spices, this salmon filet is a healthy, delicious addition to your spring menu.
I have always loved the color peach. It is not quite pink; yet not quite orange; it is the perfect combination of both. It is a fresh and blissful color that lends to good feeling and yet not quite overpowering as to overtake the entire mood. It is a versatile color and pairs well with almost any other color or shade and once again; it is subtle and does not overbear.
The description of this color describes the fish salmon completely. It is mild in flavor and pairs well with almost any preparation.
This is a version that I thought of last evening and was quite enjoyable. It left you feeling satisfied. If you are fortunate enough to have any leftover it will make a wonderful salad the next day.

Salmon patties from the 60s just about ruined me for salmon. I thoroughly enjoyed the smoked salmon I had on the trip I took with my scoutmaster and his family up to see his oldest son in Forks, Washington during the summer of '75, but since I was suffering from severely chapped lips at the time, even that was not nearly as enjoyable as it could have been. Do you think I may not be meant to truly enjoy the taste of salmon? (LOL?) (Sigh?)
