Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. salmon filet

For the Marinade:

  • 2 cloves garlic - chopped
  • 4 tbs. fresh parsley - chopped
  • 4 tbs. fresh dill - chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 tbs. honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all of the above ingredients in a large bowl and mix; add the salmon; cover and refrigerate for at least on hour.
  3. Place the salmon in a baking dish.
  4. Bake 15 – 16 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Let the salmon sit for a minute or two before serving.
