What a neat recipe. I’ve never actually tried a cookie made with oil instead of butter. These look delicious especially with the pretzel addition.

Cookies look yummy! I recently purchased some self-rising flour for a special cake — now I have a yummy cookie recipe to use with it! Didn’t know what I would do with all the leftover flour. Thanks!
