Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate morsels
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two cookies sheets with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat sugars, eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil until creamy.
- Add flour, ½ cup at a time until a soft dough comes together.
- Add pretzels and chocolate chips, and mix just until everything is well incorporated.
- Scoop a tablespoon of dough and slightly flatten onto prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Just until the edges are slightly golden. Remove and transfer to a wire rack.
- In the meantime, boil loose tea and strain. Serve and enjoy.
