Dear Catherine, I love pink and my favorite is watermelon. What a symphony of flavors! The sparking ice syrup is a great added touch and I love the combo of all the fruit with the feta cheese. It always seems to me that feta goes with so many different dishes. From breakfast to desserts. Such a fabulous dish for the summer and especially for entertaining. Thanks for sharing this refreshing recipe. Blessings Dottie 🙂
