There is so much to see; so much to live
So many tomorrows yet to dream
Many sorrows to leave behind; left for no one to find
I will walk through the garden that is prepared for me
The garden that only I may see
I know not who is waiting there, for I dare not to prepare

My mother used to make fried rice all the time. I need to copy this off and make some. It's way better at home than in a restaurant.
Have a fabulous day. Big hugs to you both. ♥♥♥

This looks great! What type of rice did you use?
Catherine says
Dear Lucia, I used plain white rice and I cook it in a rice cooker. I find the rice cooker always gets the rice perfect and it is quick and easy.
