Ingredients:
½ cup raisins
1 ½ oz. dark chocolate
5 tablespoons butter
1 egg
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. baking soda
1½ cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oats
½ tsp. curry
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tablespoon milk
Sugar Combo for the Topping:
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. curry
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
Combine all of the above in a food processor and process.
Spoon the cookies on a prepared cookie sheet.
Combine the sugar topping in a small bowl. Gently press the top of the cookies with the bottom of a small glass; then dip the bottom of the glass in the sugar combo and once again gently press the cookies.
Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until slightly golden on the edges.
Gently remove cookies to a cookie rack and let cool.
