    Cannellini Bean Dip

Written by Living the Gourmet, a trusted food and lifestyle site since 2008.

Enjoy the simple pleasures; these are the ones that no price tag can be placed.

    Ingredients:
29 oz. can of cannellini beans - drained
    1 green tomato
1 samll jalapeño - with seeds
    ½ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. black pepper
    ¼ cup fresh basil
    ¼ cup fresh Italian parsley
    3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Use with fresh fruit, chips or as a spread on you favorite bread.

    Enjoy with Love,
    Catherine

This sounds wonderful and so simple. Green tomatoes - now that's something I would have never thought of. Nice recipe!
