Ingredients:
29 oz. can of cannellini beans – drained
1 green tomato
1 samll jalapeño – with seeds
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ cup fresh basil
¼ cup fresh Italian parsley
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Use with fresh fruit, chips or as a spread on you favorite bread.
