Chickpea Dip with Italian Parsley and Garlic

It is a wonder to look around and see the miracles that He does each day. 

Ingredients:
For the Dip:
13 oz. can of chick peas - drained
½ cup of Italian parsley (healthy handful)
2 large cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of orange marmalade
½ jalapeño with seeds
Zest of 1 orange
½ cup of plain yogurt or sour cream
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ tsp. red pepper flakes
½ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. curry
1 tablespoon vinegar
Fruits and Veggies:
Your favorite
Combine all of the ingredients for the dip in a food processor and blend until desired texture is reached.

    This dip is very unique - it's almost like hummus, but the addition of orange is very interesting. It sounds delicious though and perfect for all the fresh veggies that will be coming in.
