Ingredients:
5 ripe bananas
1 ½ cups sugar
6 tablespoons butter
2 cups flour - sifted
½ teaspoon salt
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Streusel Topping:
1 cup flour
¾ cups brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
4 tablespoons butter
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
In a mix-master combine bananas, sugar and butter and cream. Add the eggs and continue to mix on low. Add the peanut butter and continue to mix on low.
Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Slowing add the sifted ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Prepare a bundt pan with butter and fill with the batter in the pan.
For the Topping:
Combine the flour, brown sugar and cut the butter into the flour and sugar. Work with your fingers until crumbly.
Place the topping over the cake batter.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
This is a terrific cake for breakfast with a little butter or cream cheese.

Sounds interesting...I have put nuts in my banana cake before but never peanut butter...does it matter of you use crunchy or smooth.. I don't have a pan like this so could I just use a loaf tin?
