-~ Steak Teriyaki ~

Ingredients:
Boneless sirloin steak
Marinade:
2 vine ripe tomatoes - diced
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 inch piece of fresh ginger - chopped
4 cloves of garlic - chopped
Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.  Add the steak and cover for at least 1 hour.
Heat a griddle and place the steak on the hot griddle.  Grill the steak to your liking and serve.
This steak will bring a smile to your table.

    I love steak. I eat mine blue. I don't really know what is in teriyake sauce so I don't know if I would like this marinade...but I'm happy with plain steak anyway!!

    Sirloin is about my favorite cut of steak, I love the "beefy" taste. I've never used a marinade for it and will have to try this! Thanks and hugs!
