Ingredients:
For the Beef Burger:
Fresh Chopped Ground Beef
Dashes of salt
Dashes of black pepper
Dashes of garlic powder
Favorite bread for the burger
Cut the beef into cubes and place in food processor. Chop the beef to desired consistency.
Add the seasonings to taste and form into burgers.
For the Onions:
1 large sweet onion – sliced
½ jalapeño – chopped with seeds
Healthy handful of fresh basil - sliced
Drizzles of ketchup
Drizzles of honey
Drizzles of olive oil
Drizzle of Worcestershire Sauce
Dashes of salt
Dashes of black pepper
Dashes of garlic powder
Heat a griddle and place the onions. Drizzle the onions with olive oil and let become transparent. Add the basil and continue to grill.
Drizzle with ketchup, honey and add all of the seasonings. Toss.
Place the burger on the bread and top with the onions.
This is classic meal.
