Smore Krispies

When the weather gets hot and you are craving something easy yet sweet, try this no-bake smore inspired treat!! Mixed with M&Ms, sweet honey graham crackers then melted down with marshmallows, these rice treats will have you asking for ‘smore’ krispies please!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2–3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 5 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 5 sheets graham crackers
  • 2 cups M&M candies – chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, marshmallows and milk.
  2. In a food processor, process graham crackers until fine. Set aside in a large bowl.
  3. Place the M and M’s in the food processor and give a few good chops.
  4. Combine the M and M’s with graham crackers. Add the Rice Krispies and stir until combined.
  5. Gently pour the melted marshmallow into Rice Krispie mixture mix until well combined.
  6. Butter a 9×13 baking dish.
  7. Spoon the Rice Krispie mixture into the prepared baking dish and flatten with a spatula.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for several hours until set.
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
