~ Mediterranean Style Iced Coffee ~

May 31, 2012 · 17 Comments

Ingredients:
3 cups of cold black coffee
Juice of 1 lemon
4-5 tablespoons of sugar
24 ice cubes
Place the ice cubes, lemon juice, sugar and coffee in a blender and blend until smooth and frosty.
Isn’t that easy?  It is like drinking iced espresso.
With Love,
Catherine

That’s a perfect summer drink! In Austria, we’d add some whipped cream on top, and some vanilla ice cream. And in Greece, they make that delish frappé where they mix very strong instant coffee, sugar, icecubes and condensed milk. So creamy and refreshing!

I can’t imagine what iced coffee would taste like with lemon, but I’m intrigued now!

Would the same amount of Truvia suffice? Looks divine!
