If you're looking for a delicious weeknight meal, try these Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks. They're stuffed with a delicious cilantro and spice mixture that includes coriander, turmeric, and cumin!
There really is nothing better than enjoying a nice meal with those you care most about.
Once again, I was not quite sure what to prepare for dinner the other night, until I saw fresh cilantro in the fridge. After some consideration, I concluded that the cilantro would make a refreshing stuffing for the drumsticks I picked up at the store that day. It was a delicious meal that my kids and I thoroughly enjoyed.
For those who are not big fans of cilantro, feel free to substitute it with Italian parsley.

That's so funny, Catherine. I stuffed drumsticks over the weeknd. I made Marion's with cilantro and mine with rosemary. Marion says Rosemary gives you high blood pressure so she won't go near it, lol...

Dear Catherine, I love this idea. I never would have thought to stuff chicken legs, they are so small, but you placed stuffing under the skin, very smart idea. They look fabulous and I bet there were none left. It probably would have been delicious even cold. Thanks for sharing this yummy dish with us. (BTW: I love the plate you put it on, very colorful) Yummy for sure...
Have a blessed rest of the day and the rest of the week...Dottie 🙂
