Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
Dashes of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of all-spice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Butter
Slices of white bread
Honey or syrup
Powdered sugar
Combine the milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, all-spice and brown sugar in a bowl and mix.
Place the bread in the mixture and let sit a second or two and then turn over on the other side and let sit another second or two.
Heat a griddle or large frying pan with a pat of butter.
Place the dipped bread on the griddle and let and grill on each side for three to four minutes, until a nice golden color is reached.
Serve with powdered sugar, a pat of butter and warm honey or syrup.
What a nice breakfast, lunch or light dinner.
Enjoy with Love,
Catherine
