The fruit is fresh and the basil is growing beautifully. Finding different ways to combine these tasty treasures is fun.
Ingredients:
4 peaches – sliced
2 oranges – sliced
1 pint blueberries
1 cup grapes – halved
¼ cup fresh basil - ripped
Dressing:
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
2-3 tablespoons Honey
Combine all of the fruit and basil in a bowl.
Combine the ingredients for the dressing; mix and pour in the bowl.
Enjoy with Love,
Catherine

So good and so wonderful when it's hot out. I had some the other night that had yogurt in it and it was fabulous.
Have a terrific day Catherine. Big hugs. ☺

Oh my gosh that looks amazing Catherine! It is soooo hot here in Georgia! We live on fruit salad days but I never thought to put basil in mine. I'm not a huge fan of honey but Hubby is. Our nectarines have been so incredibly sweet I'm not sure I'd need a dressing but wow your fruit salad looks so inviting! You can cook for me anytime! You make me homesick for Long Island!
