Living the Gourmet is so pleased to welcome Vinny Guadagnino to talk about his new show on the Cooking Channel, Vinny and Ma Eat America!

Vinny Guadagnino and his mom, Paola, set out on an epic and delicious road trip on their new show, Vinny and Ma Eat America airing Tuesdays on the Cooking Channel.

Paola Guadagnino is a first generation Sicilian and the best cook in her big Italian family- the only 'problem' is that she only cooks and eats Italian. So, Vinny decides to take his mom on the culinary road trip of a lifetime, to taste and discover delicious new foods.

This mother and son cross-country adventure so special as we watch Vinny and Paola experience it all together, and the natural hilarity that ensues will warm your heart.

I had the honor of talking with Vinny about his big Italian family, our favorite foods, and of course, what it's like traveling with your ma!
