Living the Gourmet is pleased to speak with known recipe developer, Angela Sellers.
Since March of 2015, Angela has been the Food Specialist for Hormel Foods Corporation, and is responsible for recipe development and food styling for all of Hormel brands. Prior to her role at Hormel Foods Corporation, Angela spent 11 years creating recipes and styling food for Southern Living Magazine. She also worked at the Food Network and Martha Stewart Omnimedia, creating recipes for Malto Mario, Emeril Lagasse and other television personalities and creating recipes for Everyday Food Magazine.

February 25th was National Chili Day but chili can be enjoyed any day!
When it comes to chili Americans love diversity. For example, LA residents enjoy their chili with extras like avocados, olives, cheese, and sourdough bread. One fact everyone can agree with is that chili becomes even more flavorful over time as the ingredients meld together.
So with the weekend upon us, we’re sharing Angela’s out-of-the-bowl recipes for using chili to make other delicious meals like mini-calzones, pizza and potato skins!
Angela is also sharing chili recipes for people with food allergies and diet considerations including vegetarian and gluten-free.
