I have an insatiable sweet-tooth.
I didn’t even bother giving up dessert for Lent because I know it would be a lost cause. All the more reason, why I should have given it up, right? I have tried it in the past, but each time, I have failed. So this year, I decided not to set myself up for failure. Instead, I decided to give up going for seconds…and snacking. My progress thus far is for another day…I digress as usual.
Baking is my therapy. Everyone who knows me can attest to that. Baking centers me and without fail, it sets me in a good mood. Dessert is definitely my best friend…and my worst enemy. I am sure
some most of you can agree on that.
On that note, I adjusted the measurements and used only half the brownie mix so this recipe should make about half a dozen cupcakes. Now you won’t have a bunch of cupcakes whispering your name at night to go eat them. After all, it is all about moderation right?
