If you are much like everyone I know; and still not ready for Christmas, why not bake your presents?
These biscotti are made from yellow cake mix to make holiday baking even easier. Throw in some chopped craisins, orange zest, and drizzle with white chocolate to make them extra festive.
I have resolved to bake everyone a little something this year, because in my opinion there is nothing better than receiving a gift that is homemade and crafted with love.
PrintCake Mix Biscotti w/ Craisins & White Chocolate

White Chocolate Drizzle:

Dear Catherine and family,
Oh my goodness, I love Biscotti and this recipe is delicious. It would hit the spot with a cup of coffee, tea, or even hot cocoa. I love the drizzle of chocolate on them. The photos of them are scrumptious looking and I love the festive background with Santa and the snowman. I agree with you dear friend that I love to give out homemade items that I baked or made as well as receiving them. There is just something about something that is homemade that comes from the heart especially at this time of the year. A lot of my cookies I do this as well. Love to wrap them in clear bags and with a beautiful bow. Thanks for sharing your recipe and your idea of homemade gifts.
My wish for you dear Catherine is that you and your family, (Tammy & Michael) have a Blessed Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year!
Dottie 🙂 x

Catherine, Great looking biscotti! I never heard of making biscotti from a cake mix. We'll have to give it a try. My better half and I have biscotti with our morning coffee about 3 or 4 times a month... Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

I love biscotti, and some of our absolute favorite Christmas cookies are a combo of cranberry and white chocolate chip. These look so great -- especially because you just jazzed up a cake mix. Short cuts are the BEST -- especially at this time of year!
