Dear Catherine, Love these chicken patties. I have made them before from ground chicken or turkey, but never cubed the chicken myself.. Loved all of your ingredients, they look amazing. I can imagine how delicious they must have been. I am sure that you taste testers agreed. A delicious alternative to a beef burger. The Bloody Mary drinks must have been a nice touch to add to your dinner. Thanks for sharing...Have a blessed week...Dottie 🙂

Your patties look great - chicken is a hard thing to get right because it gets so dry, but your patties look moist and juicy.

Yum! I have made salmon and tuna patties, but not chicken. I LOVE chicken patties, but it is hard to get really good frozen ones. These look restaurant quality!
Linda@There and Back Again says
The patties look delicious, and I like the idea of grinding your own chicken and adding your own ingredients instead of buying ready-made ones.
