From grilled cheese to grilled steak, from brunch to "burger night," any dish goes from GOOD to GREAT to MAGNIFIQUE with the addition of the Cheeses of France.
Over the past weekend, we hosted a gathering with family and friends and served a cheese platter that boasted of warmed honey Brie, Fourme d'Ambert and Raclette.
The Brie paired well with fruit slices and wine. It was creamy and rich when warmed with a drizzle of honey on top.
The Fourme d'Ambert is a mild blue cheese. This is a perfect cheese to crumble over salad, or serve with fresh baked french bread which is how we served ours.
Raclette is best when served slightly melted. We served this cheese with fruit and fresh bread along with the rest of the cheeses and wine. It is suggested however to try serve Raclette with meat and vegetables.

The brie sounds amazing. I have learned to really appreciate cheese over the years and look for ways to serve it. Thank you for this addition.

Yum! I love a good cheese platter for snack time 🙂
I've made something similar a while ago, except I added some rosemary.
I think honey goes really well with the Brie!

Dear Catherine, Looks like you had a lovely time with family, especially serving this yummy cheese with the fruit and delicious bread. I love Brie, we used to have it only when company came when I was growing up. But I have served it many times. I have even used it on steak. I have never put honey with it. I must try that...I think it will enhance the flavor so nicely. Thanks for sharing....also love your photo of, Michale, Tammy, and yourself. I do not have an Instragram acct, but saw the photo on this page. You all look so happy. Bless you all...Have a great weekend...Dottie 🙂

I must try the Brie! My 16 year old recently ordered a burger with smoked brie on it (surprise to me!) and he loved it. Now he wants Brie! I want to try the honey version....maybe I will have to look into the smoked. Is it sold that way or do you MAKE it that way? Thanks for all your wonderful recipes! Pinned!

Hello AnnMarie! Mmm a burger and smoked Brie sounds fantastic.
We made the cheese with honey. It's so easy to make. Just drizzle honey over it and warm it in the oven to soften. I do hope you try it soon...it's such a treat! Let us know if you have any more questions.
