The beautiful color, aroma and freshness of this dip makes the waning season of summer come to life once more.
There really is nothing more relaxing than to sit with family and friends and enjoy and sunset. These times are not as frequent as one would wish for; though they are precious and saved to renew and inspire the spirit as the long winter begins to peek from just around the corner.

Another very delicious looking condiment. Do you think it will work in a blender though? I really should invest in a processor, just haven't yet. Thanks for sharing on Foodie Friday
Catherine says
Dear Adelina,
I do think a blender would work to blend the ingredients. I love my food processor and would recommend it as a useful kitchen appliance. I enjoy mine and I think you will like having one too.
Thank you for visiting.
