I use that kind of oil, but I don't bake with it - I never th ought about the Bertolli Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil - and I love chocolate cake! Looks good. sandie

Dear Catherine, Thanks for sharing this wonderful post! I use Bertolli oil and many other products that they sell. They are fantastic. This cake recipe is really yummy looking, as I am a chocolate person. I also dust the pans with cocoa powder. It gives it that extra special touch.
