Inside of each and every day is a miracle.

Ingredients:
4 lbs. ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ cup milk
1 cup oats
2 eggs
In a large bowl combine all of the above ingredients and mix well.
For The Stuffing:
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed
3 cloves garlic - chopped
3 sun dried tomatoes - sliced
½ cup marinated peppers - sliced thin
4 oz. mozzarella cheese - shredded
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
On a medium to low heat; heat a medium size frying pan with the olive oil; add the spinach, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, marinated peppers and seasonings.  Heat until the garlic is fragrant.
Place the prepared ground beef in a baking pan and shape it into a bowl.  Place the stuffing inside filling from end to end, finishing with the shredded cheese.  Gently, form the ground meat over the top to cover the stuffing.
For the Glaze:
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Ketchup
Place all of the above in a small bowl and mix.
Spoon the glaze over the top of the meatloaf from end to end.

Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes.

Enjoy with Love,
Catherine

Catherine, It's a very pretty/attractive meatloaf...and I'm sure its a bit healthier but both my wife and I just can't get into like the texture of veggies mixed with our spicy sausage and ground beef version. However, we will definitely use that glaze on our next meatloaf! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

Ahh! Stuffed meatloaf sounds incredible! The spinach stuffing sounds like something I could eat by itself, but inside meatloaf? I can't even. And the oats, I bet that adds so much texture and "meatiness" What an awesome meatloaf, Catherine, pinning!
