Ingredients:
1 lb. of your favorite macaroni
For the Sauce:
½ cup Tahini
2 cloves of fresh garlic
12 oz. jar of roasted red peppers
¼ cup of liquid from the jar of roasted red peppers
2 tablespoons of olive oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. red pepper flakes
8 oz. of cream cheese
15 oz. can of chickpeas - drained
Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a food processor and process until smooth.
Prepare the macaroni as directed.
Plate the macaroni and toss with the sauce.

I have had hummus with red pepper - it is just like you'd put that on pasta! I bet it would takes good. I would nave never thought of it though.

I am on a chickpea kick right now and would've never thought to put it in a sauce! That is so creative and the flavor combo with the red peppers sounds AMAZING. Yum!
