Blueberry Blitz created by Living the Gourmet with Sobieski Vodka
Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries - frozen
1 cucumber – peeled
¼ cup fresh basil
1 cup coconut milk
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Jamaican Curry
1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
2 oz. Sobieski Vodka
Combine all of the above in a food processor and process.
Garnish with a cucumber wedge.
