Ingredients:
29 oz. can of cannellini beans - drained
1 green tomato
1 samll jalapeño - with seeds
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ cup fresh basil
¼ cup fresh Italian parsley
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Use with fresh fruit, chips or as a spread on you favorite bread.

What a great idea to serve this dip with crunchy seasonal apples. I'm sure it would be great with celery and carrot sticks, perfect for afternoon nible!
