Well, I was in the grocery store earlier today that the ground beef looked real good and the peppers looked just fine and last but certainly not least the rolls looked good too!
That adds up to one thing the menu will have on it; Burgers, cheese burgers with peppers that is!
Ingredients:
2 ยฝ lbs. ground beef
2 tablespoons Thick Classic Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
ยฝ cup oats
ยฝ tsp. salt
ยฝ tsp. garlic powder
ยฝ tsp. ground black pepper
Favorite bun
Favorite slices of cheese
Thin slice of fresh cucumber
Thin slice of fresh cucumber
In a large bowl combine all of the above ingredients and mix together well.
Form the mixture into desired size burgers.
Heat a large frying pan and add about 3 burgers at a time; Do Not Overcrowd the pan or the burgers will not have a beautiful char.
Cook until the desired doneness; depending on how thick you make your burgers.
Gently heat the buns in the pan that you cooked your burgers in for a nice flavor on the bun.
For the Sweet and Spicy Bell Pepper Relish
Ingredients:
6 bell peppers โ (any color) โ sliced
1 grilled jalapeรฑo โ sliced with seeds
2 large cloves of garlic โ chopped
ยฝ large sweet onion โ sliced
ยฝ cup fresh basil โ chopped
1 tablespoon capers โ chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Thick Classic Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
ยฝ tsp. ground black pepper
ยฝ tsp. ground cloves
ยพ tsp. salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Heat a large frying pan with the olive oil. Add the sliced peppers, jalapeรฑo, onions and garlic to sautรฉ; until the onions become slightly transparent and soften.
Add the chopped basil and capers and toss while gently sautรฉing.
In a small bowl combine the sugar and spices; add the Worcestershire Sauce and the balsamic vinegar; add this mixture to the pan and continue sautรฉing until the peppers are soft.
Build Your Burger:
After heating the bun, place the slice of cheese on the bun, top with the peppers, thin slice of fresh cucumber and of course; the burger.
Enjoy with Love,
Catherine

Catherine, que buena pinta tiene esta hamburguesa y la mezcla dulce con especies, tiene que ser asombrosa, me he fijado que le has puesto pepino, en vez de pepinillo, que hace a la hamburguesa mucho mas fresca, me encanta, besos
