Catherine, While I prefer meat in my lasagna, this veggie version looks pretty good! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

I had something similar to this at a friend's house once and it was really delicious and a nice change from the traditional meat and pasta lasagna. Your version looks great.

This looks awesome and I am pretty sure the zucchini would be incorporated enough that my husband might actually try it.

Super yummy and easy to make. We made it using just hot Italian sausages and it was still super meaty and decadent. I used no boil lasagna noodles and it turned out perfect.
