This does sound perfect for summer. That's great that you don't even need an ice cream maker for it!

Could this recipe be any easier? And how refreshing on a hot summer day! I have a gorgeous Ice Cream Maker I got from a Giveaway and Review I hosted. Hubby loves Chocolate Ice Cream but Peach would be a great change of pace! So light and refreshing!

Thank you for another great recipe. After my lunch of Salad this would be a welcome dessert!

What a great approach! I tried peach ice cream once, and I think the peaches weren't ripe enough. This looks so easy and delicious!
