Ingredients:
1 avocado
8 oz. sour cream
Handful of fresh cilantro
Small handful of fresh chives
4-5 leaves of fresh mint
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
¼ tsp. salt
Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and give a few good chops.
Serve with your favorite fresh veggies and dipping chips.

I would change the spices around a little, but you can't go wrong with avocado and sour cream together!

This sounds fabulous Catherine. Maybe the addition of the sour cream will help the avocado not turn brown. That would be a welcome thing.
