A Simple Cake!!!

Ingredients:

3½ cups flour - sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoons orange marmalade
½ cup butter
1 cup sour milk - (sour milk; add 1 tablespoon vinegar to milk and let stand -15 minutes)

Preheat Oven 350 degrees:

In a mixing bowl combine all of the dry ingredients.

In a mix-master combine the eggs, sugar, marmalade and butter. Mix these ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Slowly add the sour milk and dry ingredients, alternately.

Butter a bundt pan and evenly pour the batter in the pan.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.

My serving suggestion is, fresh whip cream and fresh strawberries and don't forget a good cup of coffee.

With Love,

Catherine
