2 heaping cups of flour
1 - 16 oz. package chocolate chips
¾ tsp. baking soda
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup applesauce
1 whole egg plus 1 egg white
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 tablespoons molasses
1 cup oats
¼ cup 1% milk
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven 350 degrees
In large bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
In small bowl combine all wet ingredients and mix well.
Combine both bowls and add chocolate chips. Mix well with electric mixer.
Spoon the dough onto a non-stick cookie- sheet and place in preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden.

Love the photo of the cookies and that beautiful gold dish. This is simple and quick to put together and I appreciate the focus on the waistline! Oh, is it me, or is there no mention of chocolate chips in the ingredients list? Not that I can't figure out when to add them, of course, but how much did you use? Thanks for posting this!
