This is a perfect summer treat that is quick to prepare and refreshing. The best part is that it takes only minutes to make without the hassle of an ice cream maker.

    Ingredients

    Units Scale
    • 4 cups of frozen peaches
    • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/2 cup whole milk

    Instructions

    1. In a food processor, process all ingredients until it is creamy and thick.
    2. Serve or freeze in a container. When ready to use take out of freezer and let stand for a few minutes. Place back in the food processor and process again until smooth.

Yeah, I agree with everyone that already said it above: nothing screams summer more like the sweetness of peaches, especially in a cool dessert like ice-cream! Lovely.

Hmm. I've never made my own ice cream, but it doesn't look difficult. I could sub a few things to keep the carb count and sugar down too. Thanks, Catherine.
