Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 egg
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line two baking sheets.
In a bowl blend flour, baking soda and cinnamon together. Set aside.
Using your stand mixer, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and maple syrup. Slowly add in the dry ingredients until a sticky dough forms. Add raisins and oats and fold into batter.
Drop about a teaspoon full of batter on each cookie sheet. Should make about 24 cookies.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy!

Hi Tammy!
You may have just solved my cookie dilemma. I made a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough the other day and put the dough in the freezer for the Thanksgiving weekend. However, I realized today that some people would rather have raisins in their oatmeal cookies unlike me who adores the chips in them, lol...Your cookies have all the Fall goodness of Maple and Oats and I do believe the kiddies will love them!
Thank you so much for sharing...Hi to Mom for me:)
