Spiced whipped Dalgona is served over a hot cup of maple coffee for a warm and comforting winter beverage.

So, much of the year is spent preparing for winter. Even on a hot summer's day while sipping sweet tea and snacking on fresh fruit- the one thing we think about is, how can we preserve this moment? If only you could store moments in a box and pull them out whenever you wanted.

Preservation is something we know well as humans. Survival and sustainability is ingrained in us, but it can be a double-edged sword sometimes too. Some of us crave change but we don't want to risk the challenges.

As the seasons come and go, we're forced to embrace new circumstances, but the key isn't in storing our comforts in a box and preserving them for another day. The key is in embracing the challenges and advantages in each moment. For "what good is the warmth of summer, without the cold of winter to give it sweetness?" as John Steinbeck once wrote.

Today's recipe evokes the comforts of the season and will surely warm your soul just as those summer memories you have stored away do.

Serving whipped coffee warm is a different experience than serving it cold as it is traditionally done. It melts into the coffee as you sip it creating this sublime combination of cream and mousse.

I added a pinch of cinnamon to the whipped coffee which plays perfectly into the maple notes, and then finished it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

I was inspired by The Ninja® DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System that delivers a variety of specialty brew options. You can customize your brew with 9 grounds sizes from single serve to carafe and 4 pod sizes from 6 to 12 oz. It also comes with a fold-away frother to create cappuccinos and lattes or like in today's case, whipped coffee. The Ninja® DualBrew Pro system also dispenses hot water from the independent hot water system to make tea or soup or preheat your mug to keep your favorite drinks hot longer.

There are so many recipes to make with this fabulous machine that I'm looking forward to sharing with you! In the meantime, see it in action over on our Instagram page where we're sharing a reel of today's Spiced Maple Whipped Coffee.

Which brings us to the other star ingredient in today's recipe- Torani's Puremade Maple Flavor Syrup. As you all know by now, I'm a big fan of Torani's ever-expanding line of syrups and sauces. Their Puremade syrups are free of artificial flavors, preservatives, and colors.

I also love how versatile their syrups are. Think beyond drinks- or at least coffee 😉

One flavor can create endless recipes and can turn any of your favorite coffees and shakes into an everyday treat. So, we hope you're feeling very inspired this holiday season to get creative with Torani and Ninja. Be sure to share your creations with us on social media and tag us too so we can return the love!
