From Craft Beer to Craft Beef

    Aug 22, 2018 · 1 Comment

You’ve probably heard of craft beer but have you ever heard of craft beef? If not, two techies from Seattle, WA are working to change that by helping families bring artisanal meat to their dinner table.

The authors of Craft Beef, Ethan Lowry and Joe Heitzeberg are on a mission to educate consumers so that everyone can enjoy the very best meat. Their company, Crowd Cow is putting an end to mystery meat and changing the way beef is bought and sold in America. It’s the first in the world that allows consumers to buy meat directly from small farms and ranchers, an idea so revolutionary that stars like Ashton Kutcher and Joe Montana are already on board.

Today I am pleased to be speaking with Joe about this whole new process taking the beef industry by storm.

Thanks again to Joe for stopping by today!

    Cheers!
