Chocolate Chip Sandwich Cookies

- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Häagen-Dazs Caramel Cone Ice Cream
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In the bowl of your mix master beat butter and sugar until whipped. Add egg and vanilla.
