Inspired by Disney Princesses, these Peach Cream Cupcakes are deceptively easy requiring only two ingredients. Topped with frosting and pearls, your little princess will love them!
Once upon a time...
A little girl had wished with all her heart to be a princess for her birthday.
Her whispers and wishes reached the ear of her fairy godmother, who set out to make the little princess's dream come true.
So, the fairy godmother fluttered her wings to Walmart where she found Disney Princess-themed American Greetings party supplies to put together the Best Birthday Ever for the princess.
Wands, crowns, cards and everything in between, the fairy godmother picked up all the decor and designs she needed to transform her home into a castle.
With one swift whisk of her wand, the fairy godmother used her magic to send her kitchen to work.
Peach Cream Cupcakes were created with two simple ingredients- a cake mix formula and peach cream elixir. Each cupcake was then decorated with frosting and pearls.

Peach Cream Cupcakes
- Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients
For cupcakes:
- 1 box cake mix (I used yellow)
- 1 1/2 cup club soda, any flavor will do (I used peach cream)
For decorating:
- 2 cups chocolate frosting
- 2 cups mashmallow frosting
- 2 cups strawberry frosting
- 1 cup lemon cream frosting
- Green decorating frosting
- Spinkles and pearl sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In the bowl of your stand mixer with paddle attachment, beat together cake mix and club soda.
- Divide the batter evenly between each cupcake holder and bake for about 18-20 minutes, or until the cake tester comes clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before decorating.
Decorating Princess Cupcakes:
- Prepare piping bags and fill each with frosting. I used chocolate, strawberry and marshmallow for the base, then green frosting and lemon cream frosting for decorating.
- For the theme of each princess, I used the coordinating colors and Disney Princess cake toppers.
- For Ariel: I piped the strawberry frosting over the entire cupcake using a petal tip. Then, with a closed star tip, I iced green seashells, topping each shell with a pearl sprinkle.
- For Tiana: I piped the chocolate frosting over the entire cupcake again using the petal tip. I used the round tip to ice green frosting in the center to create a bed of pearls.
- For Belle & Aurora: I piped strawberry frosting over the cupcakes with a petal tip. With a star tip, I iced the lemon cream frosting all around to create flowers. Garnish with pearl sprinkles.
- For Cinderella: I iced each cupcake with the marshmallow cream frosting, then sprinkled with blue sprinkles and pearls.
- Top each cupcake with the princess cake toppers, and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
The princess and her guests arrived in their carriages, greeted by the sweet smell of cake and a castle adorned in pink.
With her work done, the fairy godmother left the little lords and ladies to their ball.
They danced and sang, laughed and played, until the twinkling stars came into view.
The princess looked for her fairy godmother to thank her for the beautiful evening, but she was already gone.
In her place, was a card as a reminder of how special the little princess was, and inside the card was fairy dust. For no matter where the little princess may be, her fairy godmother would always be there- just a sprinkle of dust away.
Happy Birthday to my little niece, Ava.
How will you celebrate your best birthday ever?
Enjoy with Love,
Catherine
