For all you pumpkin lovers out there; relish this thick, creamy pumpkin butter. Perfect on toast, muffins, or in this case, brownie cupcakes.
Don't let the name fool you like it did when I first heard of it. A family friend suggested we give it a try, and at first I thought it was a stick of butter with pumpkin pie spice...I was wrong. Really wrong.
Pumpkin butter is actually like apple butter. It's a creamy, light spread with a subtle sweetness and hints of autumn spices...it's delicious! 😀
