I'm a huge proponent of grilling my ribs, but after seeing yours, I think I need to change my mind. They look heavenly, Catherine! I love everything in that marinade too ... the cumin with the orange juice sounds delightful.

Dear Catherine, Nice looking ribs... I just want to reach in a take one off the top of that beautiful plate. They look so juicy and that marinade must be amazing.. Never mixed cranberry with orange in a marinade glaze before...What a flavorful combination all of your ingredients must be. You bake these, that is good for a rainy day when you can't go outside to BBQ. Just delicious... Thank you for sharing this recipe...Blessings on the new week ahead. Dottie :)

Ribs are one of my husband's favorite meals, but I get tired of the same old bbq sauce. The idea of cranberry and orange together sounds amazing. Can't wait to try! Pinned!

Catherine, I prefer grilling my ribs...slowly but on the grill...or smoked first by Big Dude at http://bigdudesramblings.blogspot.com/. . Also, my wife or I like ribs cooked to the point where the meat still has to be eaten off the bone...not falling off them... Its just a personal preference. In any case, that doesn't mean that this marinade can't be used to prep the meat overnight...and it can basted on during the grilling process as well. We could even add a little as we eat our ribs. Your marinade/BBQ sauce sounds amazingly great! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
